Pure Voice provides servers for personal use whether it is public or private. With that said, if you buy a server, it is yours to do what you wish; you do not share it with anyone.

Pure voices offers ALL available codecs for each software, free of charge!

Our preferred method of contact is via the ticket console which can be found in your Pure Voice control panel. If you would like to speak to someone over the phone, please use the numbers located within your control panels contact us page.

Within your control panel, click on the View Server page. Select/Manage the server, then click on the Package Change tab. If you need help, please contact us through your ticket console.

Within your control panel, click on the View Server page. Select/Manage the server, then click on the Location Change tab. If you need help, please contact us through your ticket console.

Within your control panel, click on the Remove Server option.

You can find the Forgot Password feature located on the login page for the control panel. Put in your account Email and a validation/reset request will be Emailed to you.

Starting with our new website in March of 2009, we added the "Silver Star" benefit to customers who have been with us a total of 12 consecutive paid months or more. These customers will automatically receive an additional 10% off their renewal. You can see your client group inside your control panel in the My.PV Summary. It will read: "Client Group: Silver Star".

You should receive your server information within 2 minutes of placing your order via our website. If you did not receive your information within this time and you have checked your control panel for information with no success, then please contact our support department via your Ticket Console located in your control panel. Please note that you need to pay for your server before you will receive the information.

To renew a server, log into your Control Panel and goto the View Invoices page. Select the invoice that you would like to pay for and you will see the payment options on the invoice itself.

The due date for each server can be found on the View Servers page. It is also location on the Dashboard in the Live Server Outlook box.

Please DO NOT create a new account. The only thing you need to do is login to our control panel and pay for the invoice that is due. Once payment is received, the renewed server(s) will then be restored within 5 minutes of renewal. If service isn't restored in that time period, please create a ticket via the ticket system located in your control panel.

Before disputing a billing charge through your credit card or PayPal, please contact our staff via our control panel's ticket system so we can resolve the matter quickly.

You can update your credit card information via your control panel on the My Details Page.

Very rarely does the Pure Voice network ping high or go down. If this does come to light, please refer to your control panel network issues section. We may also send out global emails describing the issue.

Note: Restarting your server will not correct latency issues under any circumstances.

The first thing you should do is make sure that your payment is up-to-date and check the network events page to see if there is anything relating to your server and/or location. If your payment is up to date and no issues seen, try restarting your server. As a last resort, please feel free to create a support ticket and a staff member will be happy to help.

From the Ventrilo client: right click on the server name, choose "Server Admin" and then "Login."

From the Ventrilo client: Log into your server admin by right clicking on the server name, choose "Server Admin" and then "Login." Once you are logged into your server as an admin, right click on the server name once again and select "Channel Admin" then "Create." Fill out the option form it gives you for channel creation and it will automatically create your channel. To create a sub-channel within a channel, right click on the channel you want the channel in and select "Channel Admin" then "Create". It works like a windows tree.

From the Ventrilo client: Goto Server Admin and then select Ban list, from there you can edit what you want.

Types of bans:

• Ban by IP
• Ban by IP subnet

Login to your My.PV control panel and goto the View Servers Page and select the server you wish to manage and then click on the Server Config tab.

To allow Mac users to connect, the server must be running the Speex codec. You can change this via your My.PV control panel.

Login to your My.PV control panel and goto the View Servers page and select your server. Then click on the Bans tab and you can remove the bans from there.

From the Ventrilo client: Goto Server Admin and then select User list, from there you can add/edit/delete users at will.

From the Ventrilo client: Login to Server Admin then goto the server admin option again and select Server Properties. At the bottom left-hand side of that window you will see the filters you need to change to prevent the spamming or disallow them completely.

From the Ventrilo client: Right click, Server Admin, you will see MOTD and Guest MOTD.

From the Ventrilo client: Right click, Server Admin, you will see Rank list. You can then assign users to the ranks via the User Editor.

From the Ventrilo client: Goto Server Admin, RCon.

• status - shows all users connected, their ping, their IP Address and your connection count.

You can type just the name and hit enter to have it show you the command options.

Login to your My.PV control panel and goto the View Servers page, select the server you want and you will see the Export/Import tabs.

You can find the default Server Admin Privilege Key in the Setup Email that was sent to you. You can also obtain the key from your control panel by managing your server and clicking on the Privilege Keys tab.

The query port is 10011. (default)

You can find the password to your SuperUser account in your control panel. Just manage your server and click on the Server Config tab and you'll see the automatically genereated password there.
